Palouse-Clearwater Food Coalition (PCFC) members include individuals, community organizations, institutions, agencies, non-profits and retail businesses with a shared interest in growing our local food system.
Our mission is to strengthen the health and vibrancy of the Palouse-Clearwater Food System and increase the production, distribution and consumption of locally grown food and agriculture products.
We do this by:
- Fostering communication and collaboration.
- Developing and sharing information.
- Providing feedback/insight to private and public entrepreneurs.
- Informing policy.
- Networking and outreach.
- Promoting food-based economic development.
