Pledge to make a difference!
Palouse-Clearwater Food Coalition (PCFC) members include individuals, community organizations, institutions, agencies, non-profits and retail businesses with a shared interest in growing our local food system.

Our mission is to strengthen the health and vibrancy of the Palouse-Clearwater Food System and increase the production, distribution, and consumption of locally grown food and agriculture products.

We do this by:

  • Fostering communication and collaboration.
  • Developing and sharing information.
  • Providing feedback/insight to private and public entrepreneurs.
  • Informing policy.
  • Networking and outreach.
  • Education.
  • Promoting food-based economic development.
